We use three sustainable hardwoods as standard for our wooden shutters. Oak and red cedar are also available on request.
A widely used, durable hardwood with a warm reddish-brown colour. Easy to work with and highly suitable for outdoor use.
A stable softwood with a distinctive grain and knots. Easy to work with and ideal for a variety of applications; when suitably treated, it is also very suitable for outdoor use.

A brief guide to maintenance
Check the finish at least once a year, particularly on façades exposed to a lot of sun, wind or rain.
